In the time since, this magic tonic has been developed, refined and improved with more and more exotic ingredients added to its juniper core.

The boys from the Tailor Made Spirits Company named their Gins “The West Winds” in a tribute to the breezes used for centuries by sailors to cross the Indian ocean from South Africa to the west coast of Australia.…and in turn allowed the sandgropers (three of the partners are from the west) to slip across the great Australian bight and export quokkas, black swans, questionable mullet haircuts and a TRUCKLOAD of Iron ore to the east coast and beyond….
