St Hallett focuses on crafting full-flavoured, textured wines entirely from Barossa fruit. The winery's rich resource of old vines and long term relationships with Barossa growers - they utilise up to 700 hectares of vines - provides the winemaking team with a diversity of fruit, allowing them to constantly evolve and adapt techniques for each vintage and each parcel.
