Ordering
- No person under the age of 18 years of age may place an order with myWineStore and purchase wines online.
- The minimum order for all wines is six bottles and then in multiples of six. You may select the composition of your wines personally, with wines having a minimum number of 3 bottles per order. This will be indicated near the price per bottle for each wine.
- If a selected wine is not available, myWineStore will contact you and discuss suitable replacement options to ensure your complete satisfaction.
- You can place your order any time of the day or night. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
- Orders will be processed once confirmation of payment has been received.
- Changes of vintage - Vintage changes are a daily occurrence, and often come without warning. We take great efforts to provide our customers with the vintages stated on this website, however due to the nature of wine we may need to notify customers of vintage changes or substitutions before we despatch any items. In situations where the wine ordered was offered on an unspecified vintage basis, we will fill the order with the available vintage. Where a customer has been disappointed by way of a vintage substitution, we will make every effort to find an item that satisfies the client.
Payment
Payment for your wines can be by-
- Direct deposit. Our bank account details will be emailed to you if you select this option during checkout. Your order won't be processed until payment is received.
- Cheque and Money Order. We will accept cheques or money orders but your order will not be processed until the funds have been cleared. Our postal address will be emailed to you if you select this option during checkout.
- Credit card. All credit card payments are managed by Paypal – an internationally recognized payment gateway. This ensures your security as we do not see or have access to your card details - thereby reducing any risk to you. You do not need to register with Paypal to use their service (note – we need to display the credit card supplier symbols)
