How long will delivery take?
Australia Post is our preferred courier. You will receive your order within 10 working days from the date when your payment was received.
How can I check my account details?
You can manage your account through this website after you have registered with myWineStore. This allows you to perform tasks such as:
· update your personal contact details
· view your transaction history
· change your password
· view your shipping and billing addresses
Are our wines good quality?
All our wines are of the highest quality. We are careful in what we select for our portfolio. Not only must the wine get our seal of approval but it must also be highly recommended from independent wine critics such as James Halliday, Jeremy Oliver, Paddy Kendler, Houn Hooke etc. The wines must also come a quality winery who consistently produces outstanding wines year in year out.
We have also purposely not stocked wines from the major companies who generally have a stranglehold on shelf space with the major chain retailers.
What does Quaff, Share, Savour, Impress, Indulge mean?
We have divided our wines into four (4) categories to help you select the perfect wine for each occasion:
Quaff - great wine at a great price to drink everyday
Share - Great wine to share with friends - be it over dinner, BBQ or picnic
Savour - When you want to sip and linger over each mouthful
Impress - When you want that promotion and invite the Boss for dinner
Indulge - Lock the doors, take the phone off the hook, put your feet up and take your tastebuds to paradise! These wines are NOT for sharing!
How can I keep up to date with specials and news about myWineStore?
To be the first to know about our specials and latest offers, simply register your details with us at "First to Know" on the left hand side of the page. We promise not to bombard you with trivial emails, but will keep you informed of cool developments and special offers as they arise.
What if a wine I order is not in stock?
Should any of the wines you order not be in stock, a customer service member will contact you. We may be able to order it in or offer you an alternative wine in the same price category. Any price difference between the ordered wine and the substitute wine will be absorbed by myWineStore.
What payment do you accept?
We accept direct deposit, cheque, money order and credit cards. Our direct deposit details will be emailed to you if you select this option during checkout as will our postal details if you wish to pay by cheque or money order. Payment with Credit cards is managed via Paypal to ensure customer’s security. Paypal accepts Bankcard, Mastercard and Visa and also allows for EFT from your bank account. You do not need to set-up an account with Paypal to use their service.
What is your liquor licence number?
Our liquor licence number is 36116142.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. We have arrangements with international couriers who specialise in wine shipping. See our shipping page for full details.
What do I do if a wine is ‘off’?
We ask that you reseal and return the wine to us as soon as possible. If the wine is off, we will replace it for you free of charge.
What about breakages?
Great care is taken by Australia Post’s specialist wine delivery division and breakages are rare. If you believe a bottle to be broken, do NOT sign for the shipment, but advise the delivery person and they will investigate. All breakages which occur during shipment will be replaced immediately.
Once you sign for the shipment, the care of the wine becomes your responsibility and broken bottles detected after acceptance of the order will not be replaced.
